John CHIPMAN, a gentleman well-known in Mansfield some ten years ago, and who was employed on the Richland County Court House, died at Maracaibo, Venezuela, on the 31st. of March last.  He had gone to Venezuela for a Mr. Reese, of Pittsburgh, to put together a boat built at Pittsburgh, and was prostrated with fever, from which he failed to recover.
